Wasn't expecting the beautiful old-style bar, it was cozy and full of character. I had a cup of their scouse which was so good, the staff even gave me a complimentary drink for the wait at check-in!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the great location.

We had a very positive stay for a romantic night away.
Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standard, would definitely recommend it. The rooms were reasonably spacious and cheap and had an absolutely fabulous view over the Liverpool skyline. The staff was very welcoming, as for 4-stars hotel.

Central
No car park, lighting very poor in room and reading lamp did not work.breakfast was okay but had chipped and cracked cups, did not expect to have to check for this in what was a quite expensive hotel. When staff had cleaned the brass they had not buffed it properly and I had black marks on my hands from it.Was also downgraded!!!

It was different to the average city hotel with it's theme & the location is great right by Liverpool 1 with the shops & restaurants loved our stay.
Slightly noisy room at night overlooked the street outside

You breath The Beatles!!! It's very close to The Cavern!
I`ve never seen a rude doorman like that!!!!! And the hotel dont have a parking lot! You have to park your car in a very expensive parking lot farway (if you have heavy luggage it look likes you have to run a marathone!!!)
